Reservation Policies

Welcome to the Hotel Zenti'k Project, a unique experience. Our rates are in Mexican pesos MXN, per room per night.


Minors under 16 years of age are not accepted in our facilities.


Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. - Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.


A 50% deposit is required to confirm any reservation.


We ask you to make any changes to your reservation no less than 15 days in advance of your arrival date via email. Any changes will be subject to availability. If you do not have availability, a credit will be issued in your favor. No credits or refunds will be made for changes to your reservation, reducing the number of nights, made less than 15 days before your arrival date.


No refunds will be made nor will any type of credit be issued due to bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise due to direct impact, or hurricane alert in the area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. We invite you to purchase travel insurance that protects you from these inconveniences.


The Hotel Zenti'k Project will not be responsible for any extra cost, evacuation or inconvenience that may arise due to a tropical storm or hurricane.


Responsive Letter Hotel Zenti'k Project and its employees will not be responsible for any psychological or physical damage as a result of or in connection with:


1.- Any delay or cancellation. In the event that a guest becomes ill during their vacation or if they have to interrupt their stay, any medical or hospital expenses will be their responsibility.


2.- Economic crisis, social unrest, political or labor problems, power failures due to weather, maintenance or construction difficulties, claims, loss, damages, costs, expenses, delays or dissatisfaction, of any type or nature, resulting from any event or action that is beyond the reasonable reach of the hotel, including, without limitation, acts of nature (hurricanes, mudslides or floods), flight changes or cancellations, strikes, labor disputes, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war, diseases or epidemics, unexpected conditions or local laws.


3.- Loss of any item that has not been deposited in the hotel safe, or losses that occur while the room is not properly locked.


4.- Loss of any item left in your car that is not entrusted to the administration.


General Policies:


Children and babies are not allowed.


Pets are not accepted.


Cancellation Policies:


1.- By confirming your reservation with your deposit, PayPal or your credit card, you will be accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policies.


2.- Any cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before your arrival will receive a 100% refund* of your deposit or a credit valid for one year from the date of cancellation *(as long as your deposit was through bank or transfers, otherwise you are subject to bank fees for payment with cards)


3.- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will not have any refund.


4.- Any refund will be made exclusively through banks or PayPal and are subject to their taxes. We do not provide refunds by bank transfer unless that was the route of your deposit.


5.- We will not be able to make any type of refund in case of cancellation of your flight. For this reason, we invite you to purchase travel insurance that protects you in case of flight cancellation.


6. No refunds or credit will be issued for early departures.


7.-Any credit issued in your favor will be valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation. This credit can only be used for future accommodation reservations and can be used for hotel services. The credit may be used by another person, with prior written authorization from you.
